All payments are upfront with Paypal, or DeviantArt Points. I prefer to use Paypal so I am able to use the money for real life needs. I don't accept any other form of payment.

References
You MUST have visual references and a somewhat descriptive written reference if commissioning a custom adopt.

Refund Policy
If paying the full adoption price at once, there will be NO REFUNDS! Only partial refunds will be provided if making payments on adopts (Any adopt over $50 USD).
Declining Your Offers or Trades
I have every right to decline your offers or trades. I put a lot of time into each and every one of my adopts to make them appealing to the right audience. Like every artist, each of us take time out of our life to make designs in which should be properly compensated. Please don't take it personally.

Turnaround Time
I will finish a custom design (after payment) or basic adopt within a span of 3 weeks + depending on the size of the order. If there's a deadline you'd like me to meet, then let me know! If you'd like me to complete a drawing in a few days, please note that this could affect the quality of the finished product. If you have an issue with how long I'm taking to do your custom design, please bring it up privately through DMs or Notes.

Usage of Adopts/Custom Designs
All custom designs and adopts are for personal use unless otherwise stated. If you're planning on using your design or adopt for merchandise or a book you're selling, then please mention it to me. Do not profit from my artwork without consent. You are allowed to upload your design wherever you want, but please don't claim my art as your own. You may NEVER use my art for NFTs or AI art. I will blacklist you if you do.

Privacy
If you would like to keep your commission private then let me know, otherwise I will assume it's okay for me to display the design on my social media. If this makes you uncomfortable, let me know!

Finished Work
The final design or adopt will be sent to you through email without a watermark. I upload all of the designs and adopts online and may possibly use it in my professional portfolio. If you would like to keep this drawing private, then please say so.
